Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas

Very good breakfast, really. Special thanks to the breakfast manager. She had always managed to cope with some crowdy moments with a smile and an excellent professional attitude :0) The room was clean and spacious enough, with many sockets and a laptop table. Bus stop (53) to the very centre just around the corner. For sure next time I will consider this hotel again.

The lobby area was really user friendly, with vibrant colours and cosy furnitures! The breakfast was really good with great variety based on the mediterranean cuisine but also offering the classic english breakfast choice. The family suite was of a comfortable size with a separating wall and door between the two rooms and a separate toilet! The bathroom was modern and had both a bathtub and a shower!! The veranda of the insolito restaurant was great at night for drinks and view of the pool! The hotel is next to the bus station, bus 53 takes you to almost all main attractions!

We are family of four travelling long flight from Asia. Arrived at the Hotel at about 12:00 noon and the reception was kind enough to give one room, while waiting another room ready. Since we are also Accord member they provided self service coffee & croissant at the lobby and pleasant welcome drinks. We were given 2 rooms also room beside each other. Location of the Hotel is near the bus stop and not far from the airport/city.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel restaurant served good food. Even though the hotel wasn't in the city center, it was very easy to get there by bus (the station is right next to the hotel and there are buses every few minutes). The room (executive) was clean, had a nice view, and had good air conditioning (crucial in July). I really liked the size and quality of the shower.

Very good breakfast with variety of options. I had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant once, it was good too. Nice rooms. Accommodating staff.
